Gentle on digestion and nutrient-dense

I've been swapping out refined grains for ancient grain flours to get more magnesium, iron, and B vitamins. This milo sorghum flour is super gentle on the stomach and gives homemade cookies a nice golden color and delicate crumb. Clean California product with no strange aftertaste.

Fluffy texture, not gritty at all

A lot of whole grain flours can leave a sandy or gritty texture in gluten-free baked goods, but this one is ground into a soft, silky powder. Used it for banana bread and it gave it a wholesome, rustic flavor. Will definitely reorder when my 2lb bag runs out.

Great for gluten-free baking, best when blended

This sorghum flour is very light and finely ground. If you're making gluten-free bread or muffins, I recommend mixing it with tapioca or almond flour so the crumb stays moist. Turned out great in our weekend blueberry loaf. Deducted one star only because the bag isn't resealable, but the flour itself is top tier.
