Traditional roasted nutty flavor is spot on for Korean banchan and dressing sauces. Seeds are very clean with zero dust or tiny grit. Knocked off one star only because the bag isn't resealable, so you definitely need to transfer it into your own spice shaker or mason jar. Quality itself is 5/5.
