Fresh, vibrant, and no woody sticks

Most commercial dried thyme comes with tiny sharp twigs mixed in, but this one is pure cleanly crushed leaves. Crushes easily between fingers to release the fragrant natural oils. Highly recommend this brand!

Solid kitchen staple

Good clean crushed herb. Adds a rich savory base to vegetable soups and roasted baby potatoes.

Elevates homemade pasta sauces and marinades

I use thyme in almost all my Mediterranean dishes and this 57g bottle has fantastic freshness. A lot of store bought thyme smells like stale lawn clippings, but this has a sweet herbal piney kick right out of the seal. Great quality product.

Clean California packed herb

Clean California packed herb. Zero stems or dust. Will buy again.

Strong flavor, use with a light hand

Very potent dried thyme so you only need a small pinch to season a whole pot of beef stew or roasted carrots. Rehydrates quickly in simmering broths. Deducted one star only because I prefer glass jars over plastic containers, but the herb itself is top notch.

Fragrant, clean crushed leaves

Super fragrant and clean crushed leaves. Tastes fresh in lentil soup.

Incredible earthy aroma, great on chicken

Finding crushed thyme that retains its essential oils like this is rare. I rubbed it under the skin of a whole roasted chicken with butter and crushed garlic. The aroma coming out of the oven was incredible and the flavor soaked right into the meat without any bitter aftertaste. The leaves are crushed to just the right consistency with no hard woody stems or dirt.
