Most dried herbs from the supermarket lose all their citrus notes, but this one smells vibrant right when you open the seal. Gives roasted potatoes and baked white fish an incredible restaurant-quality finish. Definitely keeping this in rotation!

Solid product. Clean crushed leaves with a distinct herbal-lemon punch. Works nicely sprinkled over roasted root vegetables.

Whisked a pinch of this crushed lemon thyme into an extra virgin olive oil and Dijon vinaigrette - it added a subtle, refreshing lemony kick without needing fresh zest. You can tell it was dried carefully because the green color and natural oils are fully preserved.

Clean, California-grown, and very fresh. No bitter aftertaste. Will buy again.

The citrus aroma is very potent and tastes much fresher than regular garden thyme. Rehydrates wonderfully in lemon butter pasta and vegetable soups. Only knocked off one star because 15g is a relatively small jar, so you'll go through it quickly if you cook often, but the herb quality itself is top tier.

Super fragrant, bright citrus notes, and zero stems. Great finishing touch on grilled salmon.
